We use Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) at the database level. This means even our engineers cannot read your private messages, drafts, or personal data without your explicit consent.
1 What We Collect
When you use Arizona AI, we collect the minimum amount of information needed to run the service:
- Account info: Email address, username, and password (encrypted)
- Profile data: Display name, bio, avatar, location (all optional)
- Content: Posts, comments, messages, and media you upload
- Usage data: Posts viewed, likes given, follows, and interactions
- Device info: Browser type and IP address (for security only)
2 How We Use Your Data
We use your information only to:
- Provide the core features of the platform
- Personalize your feed with AI-powered recommendations
- Calculate your earnings and manage your wallet
- Send important account and security emails
- Protect against fraud, spam, and abuse
- Improve our services and fix bugs
We never sell your data to third parties or advertisers.
3 What We Don't Do

- Delete — Delete individual posts or your entire account
- Export — Request a full data export
- Opt out — Disable non-essential emails

6 Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed:
- Active accounts: Data retained while you use the platform
- Deleted posts: Removed immediately from public view
- Deleted accounts: Fully removed within 30 days
- Backups: Purged after 90 days
- Legal holds: May extend retention if required by law
7 Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies for essential functionality only:
- Session cookies: To keep you logged in
- Preference cookies: To remember your language choice
- Security cookies: To protect against CSRF attacks
We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics that identify you personally.
8 Children's Privacy
Arizona AI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
If you are between 13 and 18, please use the platform with parental consent.
9 Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted services to run the platform:
- Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- GitHub Pages — Website hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy and is contractually bound to protect your data.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do:
- We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top
- We'll notify you via email if changes are significant
- Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes
11 Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws applicable to Arizona AI's operations. Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
