By creating an account, posting content, or using any part of Arizona AI, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arizona AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
2 Eligibility
To use Arizona AI, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Users aged 13–18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3 Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure and confidential
- All activity that happens under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not sharing your account with others
One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to game the earning system is prohibited.
4 Content You Post
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant Arizona AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display your content to other users
- Distribute it through the platform's features
- Store and back it up securely
You can delete your content at any time, which removes it from public view.
5 Prohibited Content
You may not post, share, or promote:
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Violence, gore, or content that promotes harm
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or criminal activity
- Spam, scams, phishing, or misleading content
- Content that infringes others' copyrights or trademarks
- Content that violates anyone's privacy
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Content related to minors in any harmful context
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
6 Earning System
Arizona AI rewards users for creating content. The rules:
- You earn $0.001 per post (with a daily cap of 100 posts)
- Signup bonus: $0.50 added to your wallet
- Earnings depend on platform availability and may change
- We reserve the right to adjust earning rates with notice
- Fraudulent activity results in forfeiture of earnings
All balances are shown in USD. Withdrawal features will be added in a future update.
7 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to post or engage
- Manipulate likes, comments, or followers artificially
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Reverse engineer any part of the platform
- Scrape user data without permission
- Impersonate other users or Arizona AI staff
- Circumvent security or paywall features
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
8 Intellectual Property
The Arizona AI name, logo, and all related branding are owned by Huzni's Family and Galab Al-Barak Co. You may not use them without written permission.
The platform's code, design, and features are protected by copyright and international law.
9 Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Post prohibited content
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harm other users or the platform
- Violate applicable laws
Serious violations may result in permanent ban without warning.
10 Disclaimer
Arizona AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific earnings or income
- That content will reach any particular audience
- Data preservation beyond our backup retention periods
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arizona AI and its founders shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
- Actions of third parties on the platform
12 Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. Upon deletion:
- Your profile, posts, and content are removed from public view
- Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Any unclaimed earnings are forfeited
We may also terminate accounts for Terms violations.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in Arizona AI's jurisdiction. Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation.
14 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via:
- An in-app notification
- An email if changes are significant
- An updated "Last updated" date on this page
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept them.
